On May 1st 2013 a then new meetup group called Bitcoin Atlanta met for the first time @ at Fado Irish Pub in the heart of Buckhead.
They discussed the latest news about bitcoin and answered questions related to this exciting new peer-to-peer payment technology. Atlanta was already the hotbed for financial technology.
Over the latest almost half a decade, BitcoinAtlanta has continued to meet on average once a month.
